City Releases Updated RFP for PCCEP Facilitator

The City has posted an RFP (Request for Proposals) to hire a Facilitator to facilitate the establishment and development of the Portland Committee on Community-Engaged Policing (PCCEP), a committee of community members charged with assessing the City of Portland’s implementation of a Settlement Agreement with the Department of Justice (DOJ). This RFP replaces the RFP for an Organizational Development Consultant.

City Posts RFP (Request for Proposals) for PCCEP Organizational Consultant

The City has posted an RFP (Request for Proposals) to hire an Organizational Development Consultant with demonstrated experience in organizational development and transformational change to support the recruitment and establishment of the Portland Committee on Community-Engaged Policing (PCCEP). The City’s plan for the PCCEP was unanimously approved by City Council in August (as part of the DOJ Settlement Agreement amendments) after much public debate and reflection by the City.
