This is the Semi-Annual Compliance Assessment Report for the 1st and 2nd Quarters of 2016, pursuant to paragraphs 162 and 163 of the Settlement Agreement, Case No. 3:12-cv-02265-SI, filed 12/17/12 between the United States Department of Justice and the City of Portland, Oregon.

Draft Version of COCL's 2016 Semi-Annual Compliance Assessment (Q1 & Q2)

Today, the Compliance Officer/Community Liaison (COCL) team released the draft Semiannual Compliance Assessment Report assessing the Portland Police Bureau’s and the City’s compliance with and implementation of each substantive provision of the City of Portland’s Settlement Agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice.
